Its features:
Very strong welding.
Welding will not break.
Has a 10 times better resistance compared to hard metals in collision conditions.
Application:
To connect and repair steel and manganese steel tools used in railroad tracks, construction, and related industries.
Welding Positions:
Flat, Horizontal, Vertical Up, Overhead.
Welding Technique:
Do not warm up. Use the lowest possible electric current and move the electrodes as fast as possible. Let it cool slowly.
Microstructure:
Austenite plus ferrite.
Recommended Current:
DC reverse (+) or AC
